Our Team

Coach Javon Montgomery has nearly 20 years of tennis coaching experience. During that time coaching tennis, he has worked as a National Zone Team Captain for the United States Tennis Association of Northern California (USTA NorCal Zonals 2016), Head Juniors Tennis Professional for Bay Club Santa Clara, Junior Director for the University Tennis Club in Palo Altos and USTA Northern California (USTA NorCal) Early Development Tennis Coach for advanced Orange and Green Ball Tennis players during the Early Development Camp at USTA NorCal Junior Development Training Center at Cuesta Park. He has worked with all level of tennis players but works specializes in working with competitive junior and competitive adult tennis players. He has been head coach and tennis director Both Archbishop Mitty High School in San Jose and Adrian Wilcox High School in Santa Clara leading them to CCS Sectional Championships. Under his coaching players from Archbishop Mitty have gone on to play for Stanford University Tennis, Brown University Tennis, Carnegie Mellon University, Gonzaga University Tennis programs. Some of his privately coached players have also gone on to play for D1, D2 and D3 college tennis programs. Javon is a former college player and now is a USPTA Certified and Insured Tennis Instructor.

Sundar is a former college player who has worked as a tennis professional and instructor for over 15 years. He has worked with high performance junior tennis players and specializes in preparing them for tournaments and match play. Sundar has worked for several clubs and academies as tennis professional and has worked with several bay area top national juniors. He is currently the head coach for Homestead High School where he has lead his team to qualify for CCS Championships every year, making it as far as the finals.
